What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), town, type of job, description and the photos you choose to add.
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser only (local storage) so the site opens in the language you picked.
Why and on what basis
To read your request, respond to it and, if you wish, agree on the job. The basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for the photos you voluntarily send, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who receives it
The request is delivered by email to DABA FIX. The service providers that host the website and deliver the email process the data on our behalf. Your data is not sold or used for marketing.
How long it is kept
Only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting job, and as long as the law requires afterwards. Requests that lead to nothing are deleted within a reasonable time.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the privacy contact on the legal notice page. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain: AEPD, aepd.es; in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
